We recognise individual pupil achievement in various ways. These include
- Merits for good work/behaviour/effort etc. are recorded in their student diaries. At the end of every term every pupil with more than ten merits will get prizes and those that have made significant effort get a certificate. Merits can also be given for excellent manners.
- Weekly commendation texts are sent to parents when students have done exceptionally well in a particular piece of work for a certain lesson
- Certificates for 100% attendance.
- Awards made for pupil participation in Academy based activities (e.g. mentoring, fund raising, sports etc.)
